Terms & Conditions
Eagle Eye Media’s subscription-based editing services are prepaid and billed monthly through the payment method provided at enrollment. Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation terms.
Each subscription plan includes a defined number of listings and editing services per monthly billing cycle, as described on the current Subscription Plans page. Included services and usage limits vary by plan.
Monthly Usage:
Subscription allowances apply to the customer’s current billing cycle. Unused listings or services do not roll over to future billing cycles unless specifically stated otherwise.
Additional Usage:
Work requested beyond the limits of the customer’s current subscription may be subject to additional charges or may require an upgrade to a higher subscription tier. Any applicable additional charges will be disclosed before or at the time the additional service is ordered.
Payment & Renewal:
Subscription fees are charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle. Customers are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method. Eagle Eye Media may temporarily suspend access to subscription services if payment cannot be processed.
Cancellation:
Customers may cancel their subscription prior to the next renewal date to prevent the next recurring charge. Cancellation does not retroactively refund the current billing period, and service remains available through the end of the paid billing cycle, subject to the applicable plan limits.
Revisions:
Each listing includes up to two revisions unless otherwise specified in the selected plan. Requests beyond the included revision allowance may incur an additional fee.
Turnaround Times:
Any turnaround times displayed on the website are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, submission quality, revision requests, volume, holidays, or circumstances outside Eagle Eye Media’s reasonable control.
Customer-Provided Media:
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary ownership, licenses, permissions, and rights to submit photographs, video, audio, logos, graphics, or other materials to Eagle Eye Media for editing and production.
Service Changes:
Eagle Eye Media reserves the right to modify subscription plans, pricing, included services, or usage limits. Existing subscribers will receive reasonable notice of material changes affecting their subscription.
