1. Services

1. Media editing and post-production services only.

2. No photography, videography, or on-site services provided.
    

2. Client Responsibilities

1. Clients are responsible for all captured media and file quality.

2. Clients must have rights and permissions for all submitted content.
    

3. Turnaround & Delivery

1. Turnaround begins after upload and payment.

2. Timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
    

3 Final media delivered after full payment.
 

4. Revisions

1. Up to two (2) revisions included.

2. Must be requested within five (5) days of delivery.

3. Additional revisions may incur fees.
    

5. Payment

1. Payment due at order unless otherwise agreed.

2. Non-payment may result in delays or service suspension.
    

6. Ownership & Licensing

1. Clients retain ownership of original files.

2. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use edited media upon payment.

3. Eagle Eye Media may use media for portfolio/marketing unless opted out in writing.

4. A 'No Portfolio Use' option is available and may be subject to an additional fee.
    

7. Quality Disclaimer

1. Final results depend on source file quality.

2. Full correction of all defects is not guaranteed.
    

8. Limitation of Liability

1. Liability limited to amount paid for the service.

2. No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
    

9. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eagle Eye Media from all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Client-provided content or lack of rights/permissions

• Misuse or unauthorized distribution of media

• Any claims related to copyright, trademark, or privacy violations

• Any third-party disputes related to the media
 

10. Data Retention

1. Files may be deleted after 30 days without notice.

2. Clients are responsible for storing final files.
    

11. Governing Law

1. Governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
